"Open Sesame" mission cannot be completed (Mafia Wars 2)

We are getting reports from players about a troublesome mission. On Westside Wharf, there is a mission called "Open Sesame", which has players stuck and unable to progress.  The Harbor Master opens the gate but players can't progress from there. The Harbor Master still says to open the gate.
 
This issue should be fixed very soon, and we apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.

    Still present. Over a month now. It's situations like this that are surely contributing to the exodus of players from this game...

    This is ridiculous. Stop adding new content to the game (safehouse, pyramid, etc) and fix what's currently broken!
