On official Mafia Wars Fan Page after two days of missing daily point and LA Consumable finally we got something. Similar answer I've got and on Official Mafia Wars Blog.
Reason for official links were not posted is: they are waiting for new set of daily bonus links. On the Official Fan Page they went one step more with asking players for feedback about that.
