Get Satisfaction

A small group of players will notice that there is now a Feedback tab in your Account dropdown menu. This will give you direct access to Mafia Wars Get Satisfaction.  Get Satisfaction was launched in early November of last year and continues to grow.  It is a site that organizes player feedback and faciliates getting answers to questions and solutions to problems. There are 3 ways to access and utilize Get Satisfaction. The Feedback tab in your game will display the home page options in a game window.

From the game window there is also an option to send private feedback that won't be seen on the site. Simply click on "Post it privately" and fill out your issue.

Go to the Mafia Wars Fan Page and look for the word "feedback" located on the far left column of the page.


You will find Get Satisfaction in a Facebook format but it works the same as the main site.
