We are in the process of putting the final touches on a major update to the Zynga Customer Support website (http://support.zynga.com). The updated site launches September 27, 2012.
What's in store?
Social Support is a Question & Answer forum for each game that enables players to post questions and answer other player's questions. You can even answer your own question, similar to a wiki.
Social Support will soon replace the Player Help & Support forums within our existing forums (http://forums.zynga.com). If you use the Player Help & Support forums, you will be redirected to support site to the matching Social Support Q&A for your game.
New Account System
We are implementing a new account system that simplifies our account management and makes for a more seamless experience for our players.Every player seeking Customer Support help and/or participating in the Social Support Q&A forums must register via Facebook Connect.
Improved, Federated Search
Based on player feedback, we took a hard look at our search functionality. So we created a new backend system that will allow search to be global (same search across multiple games) and federated, which means you'll be able to search through both knowledge base articles AND Q&A forum posts. That's pretty cool!
