It's On In San Juan

New banner on my game tonight. "It's On In San Juan" and the "Fight Starts Thurs 9/2". No additional information is provided. Because of the mysteriousness and the phrase "Fight Starts", this reminds me of the "Feds Are Watching Banner" that we all got sick of looking at. It's probably a safe bet to assume that San Juan will be very similar to The Feds. Let hope all the bugs are gone and this one won't be pulled a few times.
In addition to Events, Zynga also loves to recycle graphics. If the guy on the banner looks familiar to you it's because he already has a home in the game. You can find him the first time you enter Cuba.
Would be more realistic if San Juan was in Cuba but it's the Capital City of Puerto Rico. Maybe the Cuban guy wants to start his life over in San Juan. I bet he wishes Zynga would just leave him alone!

great article, probably another pointless mW exercise! alot of my mafia members did the feds challenge but never completed them, they decided not to listen to me as the rewards were pointless ... a rainmaker?! i didnt even attempt to do it as i just wanted to use all my stamina i have to level up which is the point of the game is it not?

We need more ways to get stamina and energy WITHOUT going to other games. So far the fight level mastery at level 21 helps with energy but nothing for stamina.

ReplyDeletePut BLOCKS in place for people using SCRIPTS and CHEATS and CHECKERS. If a person sends you a GIFT it should go right to your GIFT BOX, we shouldn't have to go out and accept it. If the people playing this game can't do it without CHEATS they should be BANNED. Energy should be every 12 hours not 24 to give people in different time zones a better chance. When you get stashes from fighting, you shouldn't have to post it, it should automaticly go to the person it's intended for. If Zynga fixed all these issues maybe more people would pay more real cash - after all thats what this is all about MONEY !!

Yes it was pointless to do the fights yourself. I completed all levels of the fed fights and have the same level of eagle that people who did not finish the challenge got. Now nearly everyone playing the has the highest rated defensive animal. what's the point of leveling up, etc. if you're going to have the same items as someone who just started the game.

wow you sound like such a baby, it wasnt pointless. get over yourself, so what if they do have the same items as you. everything that zyanga incorperates into the game is to make the game more challenging. if these challanges make you whine then quit playing

Gotta love people who resort to name-calling, just because someone has a different opinion than they do.

ReplyDeleteDue to the overwhelming popularity of the San Juan event , we are in the process of slowly rolling out the event to avoid any game performance issues. We will make sure that everyone has more than enough time to complete the fight. Thank you again for your patience.
Unfortunately, Zynga has decided to stagger the release of this event. Having set aside time to start in on it on 9/2 at 3:00 AM EST, this is very disappointing. Apparently they don't know/care that there is an element of competition among high-level players to be the first to complete these events. It is now 9/3... nearing the 3:00 AM mark again, and with others having a day-long head start, one must ask: "Why bother?"
