Mafia Wars changing name to Mafia Wars Classic confused many

Notification about Zynga's Mafia Wars changing name in Mafia Wars Classic confused many ex Mafia players. 

Old Mafia Wars page was unpublished for months, since Zynga closed that game and removed application from the Facebook. 

Now, they change the name of the Page and hope is awakened. 

I don't think this means anything, at least not for now and for  the nearest future.

But, let us wait and see.

Zynga Support - feedback about their service (LITTLE HELP?!?)

How happy were you with our service? I've got this about 8 hours ago. At first I decided to ignore this. Now, I am kindly asking all of you still playing this game for a little help. On This Day - May, 23rd,2013. (E&A closure and bonus package in MW)

On this day (May, 23rd, 2016.) I've got 100 Reward Points in bonus package in Mafia Wars as reward for playing Empires &Allies, that was about to close in June,17,2013. That was a great reward. I do not know what is bonus package today in Texas Holdem Poker or Empires &Allies, because I am not playing E&A on mobile and Zynga Poker(?) (I dont think so, esp with that new look of Poker). So, at this moment I will not choose neither one of two offered games. 
There is a small difference between those two closures. When E&A was announced to be closed there stands that E&A will be shutting down on Facebook on June, 17th, 2013. When Mafia Wars was announced to be closed stands only that it will be closed on June, 6th, this year. 
So, I am pretty sure that this game is going to be closed as announced and without any chance to play it on mobiles, Amazon or anywhere else. 

On May, 23rd, 2013 - We've posted

Posting to Facebook issue - FIXED! (Mafia Wars, FarmVille)

Yesterday, I got very short reply from Zynga Support about fixing posting issue. I've posted about that yesterday. Something about they may not be able to fix that issue because of mafia closure. 
Today, I've got another reply from CS in which they are delighted to inform me that posting issue has been resolved. 
Interesting, but only up to the moment of opening link attached in that reply. 
Problem was in Facebook in general, so and FarmVille players has the same problem, and when Zynga fixed posting problem for FarmVille and posting problem for Mafia Wars was automatic resolved. 

Zynga you deserve this!

On my report for posting issue I've got very short reply: They may  not be able to resolve this issue because of the upcoming game closure. And yes, they are sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. 
So this is it! If you have an issue in the game it is useless to report it because they are not interesting in fixing anything in the game anymore.

Mafia Wars is down

White Screen, 502 Bad Gateway, Official  MW Unframed for most players are not working.

So I checked server. It says: Mafiawars.com is DOWN for everyone.

It is not just you. The server is not responding..
You can try to enter the game through MW Addon Black Frame. If you are lucky enough you will prob after long loading enter the game, but then you may get spinning revolver. Good thing is that obviously Zynga is finally working on fixing arena and healing issues so that may be reason for slow loadings or entering the game at all.

Mafia Wars players are NOT worthy!

Sad! We are still playing this game and as you said we can play it until its closure. But, for days now players are having issues:

1. arena not working at all

2. health on 0 without healing option

3. family properties unable to heal

4. players unable to contact support and report problems.

So, after all this years we are not worthy to at least hear from you that you are not going to fix those issues and that you are forcing us this way to stop playing and before the game closure.

Thank you for silence. I do not think that is because you are ashamed. you are simply cowards.

And for the end: if by any case you fix those issues I will not apologize for calling you cowards, you simply do not deserve an apology from me.

Zynga Support reply on reported issues (Mafia Wars)

So they replied!
Interesting, last time I've reported something stands "Hi Mirna" but not today. Today stands "Hi Boss". 

Anyway as you can see in bellow image, they are aware of "some players not to be able to access the arena". About fixing the problem? Just that issue has been escalated to the studio.
And about healing problems, not a word.

MAFIA WARS - GAME ISSUES

Arena and Healing issues in the game!

We have about 37 days for playing this game. We expected that we would be able to play it without issues, that you will give your players chance to play this game without any problems. But, NO!
Some players are unable to heal so they cant fight, some or lot or all are unable to play Arena. To some of us there is message to rejoin and when press rejoin option there is a black screen. To some of us there is a message that arena is full and to try another. Maybe it would be fair to fix those issues, if word "fair" exists in your dictionary.

To players with those issues, report them, I just did, ofc if you wish to play this game still.
