well i found it shite too but hey for those who dont get help in their vault upgrading cuz some of their members are umm how should i say LEAST BOTHERED AND BEING SELFISH it helps
How do you get the free upgrade? I kept trying to get the free upgrade on my Weapons Depot but it never gave me the option. I finally settled for the Mega Casino (better than nothing) but I can't get that either. Is there something special you have to click after clicking "free upgrade now"?
Click on the free upgrade, select a city and the property, there must appear free upgrade options. Click on the free upgrade! You should be able to upgrade the property for 1 level. If not, contact Zynga support, on the Help option in the game. Something went wrong.
