Apps and games FREE gift from Mafia Wars - not in my inventory!

I have note in apps and games about receiving Voice Actor for free.
I've press - Accept!

Got popup: To welcome you back, 1 Voice Actor has been added to your account.

I've checked inventory - NO VOICE ACTOR IN MY INVENTORY!

So, I reported that!

Advice to all of you with the same problem: if you are able to contact Customer Support report that problem. I am pretty sure they will help. In case like this they always do.
