A: You will be unable to fight the first 4 Bosses again once your Family has defeated them. Once you defeat a Boss, the subsequent Boss will be unlocked and you will be able to fight him/her instead.

Please note: There is a cooldown period which is activated once you defeat a Boss. You need to wait for the cooldown timer to expire before you can fight the next Boss. Alternatively, you have an option to reset the cooldown period using Reward Points to fight the next Boss.
