Removal of 'Ruby Level Butlers'

We recently discovered that during the 'Save Don's Dinner' event that our system accidentally credited more 'Ruby Level Butlers' to some player's accounts than it should have.  To protect fair game play among all players, we will be removing the extra 'Ruby Level Butlers' from those players accounts.  We apologize for this error and to those few players that were affected.

Each player that was affected will be sent a notification to the email address that is registered with their Mafia Wars account. The email that was sent to the effected player's contains the same information as is listed in the previous paragraph.  In addition to the email, the effected players will also receive a pop-up notification within the game.  If you did not receive these notifications then your account was not affected.

Because we have confirmed the accounts which received the extra items and have manually reviewed each account individually, there is not a need to submit a ticket for this as Customer Service agents will not be able to make any adjustments or credits to your account over this matter.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that this has caused to the affected player's.
