There are lot of options to follow my blog. I just added an option Follow by Email
Advantage: all published daily posts, comes once a day
Procedure: click on option Submit bellow the option Follow by Email placed on the top right corner
Fill in that is required and press: Complete Subscription request
Close window and check your e-mail
Click on the link you received to activate subscription immediately
Email subscription confirmed
