Kill Agent Miller (44 times on my account) is almost mission impossible. If you are lucky you will find one Agent per fight list but after refresh it. I am not that lucky so I found two of them after can't say how many times I refresh fight list. It is not that expensive to buy this part of this mission event. For me 308 Reward points.
