It does not say anywhere, and no one said that you need rise suddenly these three lvls. And it would in fact be very stupid, because a larger lvl poker players need to spend plenty of time to boot one, not to mention 3 lvls.

I hope that this should not be a problem. Try to enter the poker over pop up in MW. The worst that can happen to you is that you need to boot lvl at poker.
