Cannot complete "Collect 50 drug Packages" in Pinion Corner (Mafia Wars 2)

We have gotten messages from Mafia Wars 2 players who cannot finish the mission "Collect 50 drug Packages" in Pinion Corner.  The collection of drug packages seems to have stalled before getting to 50.

The number of packages that will count towards the mission completion must be in your inventory. If you click upon the Marauder Biker Bar before you hit 50 packages in your inventory, you will lose 10 packages per click. But mission counters cannot go down, so you won't see the loss.

If this happens, the next 10 packages that you collect will be added to your inventory, but the counter will not go up. Because the counter cannot go down, it seems as if the counter is stalled.

If you get back up to your highest total, and then surpass it, the counter will begin again.  To complete the mission, just don't do anything that will cost you packages until you reach 50 in your inventory. Then the mission will complete.

Part 1: Working Girls


Travel to Pinion Corner and find the Brothel. You’ll see one of the girls with the exclamation mark over her head. Talk to her!


She's Hot Lips and she’ll fill you in on what happened at Pinion Corner before you showed up.




After you hear the story, go back to Hot Lips and talk to her again. She’ll give you a mission to help her get out of Pinion Corner.



MISSION: THE FAMILY JEWELS


You’ll have to do a bit of grave digging to recover the valuables. Look for the graveyard in Pinion Corner.

Click on the grave to dig them up and recover the valuables. You’ll need to find 20 gems from the graves.

Upon collecting your first jewel, watch out!


MISSION: FIGHT ZOMBIES!


You’ll have to go and kill them (again?), and recover 7 jewels. (This counts toward the 20 you need overall).

Now with that done, you can go back and whomp on the zombies for more jewels for the Family Jewels Mission. After you collect 20, you’ll have to go back and talk to Hot Lips. She’ll still be by the brothel.


 
She’ll be grateful and give you your reward for completing the Family Jewels mission.

Remember: you can repeat this mission on a daily basis, so you'll get to whomp on more zombies for the reward!
